Description: A stripper to remove the Photoresist from the etched circuit.
Specifically designed for effective removal of bulk photoresist and ash residue when used on copper PCB.

The stripping time is normally between 1 and 2 minutes, depending on age of the solution and how much use it has had.

Stripping operation progress:


After the etching is completed it is very important to wash your board with water.
then but your board In an empty plastic tank (DO NOT use metal tank), and then add the Stripper solution to the tank to fully cover your board.



Within the first minute the board will start to be stripped. And the Photoresist Stripper 422-5 solution begins to diffuse into the dry film layer and the film begins to swell as it is “absorbing” liquid.



The stripping time is normally between 1 and 2 minutes, depending on age of the solution and how much use it has had.



After the stripping if fully completed and all the film parts is removed from the board surface, remove the board from the tank and immediately wash it with water. Your board is done now

Then try to remove the big stripped parts from the solution and return it back to its bottle to be able to reuse it again another time.
Keep the stripper bottle tightly closed. Store locked up.

If this stripper bottle is not enough to fill your processing tank, do not dilute with water, in this case will need more bottle(s) to completely cover your board.
